Do not use Frank

The final round of edits has begun on Book One. My editor, Frank, is very sweet but very slow. He's old school; sitting on his desk, he has a mug emblazoned with "Go away. I'm drinking my coffee" and it is filled with red-ink gel pens.

I've watched him working. He grins maliciously when he circles and underlines. When he finds an atrociously bad simile...oh my...he positively purrs as the red pen swoops across the paper. He scare me.

I don't recommend Frank, but since he's family, I can't fire him. But if he calls you, do not let him near your work no matter how loud he gets.
